• SYNOPSIS Between 1934 and 1945, a group of women walked the distance between Pamplona and the Fort of San Cristóbal (at the summit of Mount Ezkaba, Navarre) every week, bringing food and clean clothes to the political prisoners held there. We retrace their steps, we hear their voices. Would they have seen the trees we see here? Would they have touched them at night too, to find their way down? Are we walking on the same ground they trod? Who were they? Why did they climb?
