The Noáin Aqueduct is a major 18th-century hydraulic structure built to supply water to Pamplona. Designed by architect Ventura Rodríguez, a long section survives, formed by a succession of large stone arches, some over 18 metres high. The aqueduct crosses a wide open area on the outskirts of Noáin.
