Modern, industrial-style loft in Pamplona

A newly renovated home. Given the difference in level between the streets on which the loft is situated, it acts as a podium for the rest of the building. The structural system, comprising concrete columns, beams and slabs, allows for open façades, flooding the space with plenty of bright, diffused and continuous natural light. The entrance to the loft is transformed into a porch, a semi-private urban garden that acts both as a filter and as a connecting and transitional space between the home and the street. The stairs become pieces of furniture that can be repositioned at will, thus creating multiple routes. Inside, a podium emerges that allows different rooms to be configured whilst maintaining the continuity of the space.
