Hostería de Curtidores

Hostería de Curtidores is a hostel for pilgrims and travelers located at the entrance of Estella-Lizarra, along the Camino de Santiago. The building stands out for its position above the Ega River and for the careful restoration of a historic structure. Some parts of the building date back to the 13th century, although many preserved elements belong to a former leather tannery from the late 18th century. The complex recovers spaces linked to the historic tanning activity that used water from the nearby dam as an essential part of the traditional process.
