Eulate

Eulate is a village in the Améscoa Valley, located at the foot of the Urbasa mountain range, at an elevation of around 740 meters. The settlement extends along the road that runs through the village and is traditionally divided into three areas: Mediobarrio, around the parish church; Coparacio to the east; and Gonea to the west. Within the village, elements such as the Church of San Martín de Tours and remains of the former Álvarez de Eulate palace are still present. The surrounding area includes meadows, wooded slopes, and rural paths leading towards the sierra and the wider valley landscape.
