The next edition of Sunny Side of the Doc, an international documentary market that brings together producers, distributors, television channels, and key industry players, will take place from June 23 to 26, 2025, in La Rochelle, France. This upcoming edition will feature over 300 key agents, 70 industry sessions, 1,000 companies, and 2,000 attendees.

With the aim of supporting Navarrese production companies with documentary projects seeking international co-production, Navarra Film Industry has launched a call for a mentorship program. This program is designed to maximize the benefits for Navarrese producers participating in Sunny Side of the Doc 2025.

In total, five projects have been selected for the mentorship program: The Blossoming (Loraldia) from 601 producciones, Siete entierros from Haruru Filmak, Before you, my Shadow from Ataria Films, Eskuaren mintzoa from Labrit Multimedia y La función inacabada del circo Anastasini from Sagone Films.

Furthermore, the terms and conditions for attending the Sunny Side of the Doc market with the support of PIN (Plan Internacional de Navarra) are now available. The official call for applications will be published in the BON (Boletín Oficial de Navarra) in the coming days. Interested companies will be able to register online from 9:00 AM on the day following its publication until 2:00 PM on June 6, 2025, via the provided link.
