• SYNOPSIS Sofía, a quiet girl marked by the recent death of her mother, arrives as a new pupil at the school where Elena works. An increasingly close and absorbing relationship develops between the two, reawakening in the teacher an emotional wound linked to a recent loss. Shortly afterwards, Elena and her partner Sergio's domestic life begins to destabilise. At night, Elena behaves strangely and subjects Sergio to uncomfortable and humiliating situations. At dawn, she remembers nothing. Seeking an explanation, they visit a doctor who suggests a possible sleep disorder and prescribes treatment. However, the behaviour does not subside. Sergio begins to wonder whether it is a medical condition, a perverse game played by Elena, or his own mental health. Meanwhile, the closeness between the teacher and the girl becomes increasingly intense. Caught between rational explanations and inexplicable feelings, Sergio discovers something unexpected that introduces a new threat. The couple faces an unbearable truth: perhaps the explanation is much more dangerous than they were willing to accept.
