Finca en Irurtzun junto a presaFinca de 1'5 hectáreas en Irurtzun. Antigua Ferrería en funcionamiento desde antes de 1846. En 1915 se transformo en Fábrica de harinas y, posteriormente, en 1990, en una pequeña mini-central.
Se conservan las 4 plantas de la antigua casa-factoría de la Ferrería.
La finca limita con la antigua presa, con el río y la carretera, y tiene un hermosa vegetación rústica.
