The Night House

Synopsis:After the recent death of his parents, Richard, a high school student, is sent to live with relatives in the remote village of Ballantyne. One day, during an innocent prank phone call in a phone booth, Richard witnesses with surprise how his classmate is violently sucked into the receiver and disappears without a trace. The police suspect Richard is responsible, and no one believes his story except Karen, a teenage classmate who is also an outcast. As Richard and Karen try to understand their friend's unexplained death, they soon realize that they have unleashed terrifying evil forces.
