«Senso»

A clandestine rebel movement fighting the Austrian occupation of Italy grows stronger in 1866. The cousin of Countess Livia Serpieri is arrested and exiled for a year as a result of a fight with the Austrian lieutenant Franz Mahler. At first, this makes Livia hate Mahler. However, everything changes after a magical walk through the streets of Venice, where she falls in love with him. This romance will overcome all the barriers and ideological limits of the struggle.
