A principios de 2020, la empresa cuenta con 59 personas de mano de obra directa (atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico) y 12 personas de gesti\u00f3n.\u00a0 As\u00ed, en aquel 1982 la compa\u00f1\u00eda pone en marcha el que ser\u00e1 su primer proyecto cinematogr\u00e1fico: un innovador complejo de cuatro salas, pionero en un momento en que el concepto de multisalas apenas acababa de nacer. Esta primera sede, bajo el nombre de Golem Baiona, es, adem\u00e1s, la actual sede social de la empresa. Seis a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, Baiona se ampl\u00eda hasta las seis pantallas y las 1.200 butacas actuales. En 1996, se crea Golem Yamaguchi con cinco nuevas salas y 450 butacas que dan cabida al cine m\u00e1s alternativo proyectado en versi\u00f3n original. Pronto se convertir\u00e1 en sede de referencia de distintos eventos culturales como la Semana del Cine Europeo o la Muestra de Cine y Mujer. Golem Yamaguchi tambi\u00e9n pasa a formar parte de la red Europa Cinemas. Un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s, se inaugura Golem La Morea con el fin de satisfacer la demanda del p\u00fablico de Pamplona. Un total de doce salas y 2.800 butacas que incorporar\u00e1n la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s puntera.
