Iturraldea Etxea, Iruritan (Nafarroa). 1709ko eraikuntza atariko arkuan landutako dataren arabera. Kalerik gabeko kale baten amaieran kokatua, hirigunetik gertu baina isolatuta. Hiru solairutan egituratua –356 m2 bakoitza– gehi ganbara. Barrualdea ondo kontserbatuta baina ia berritu gabea. Tarteko solairua bizigarria eta altzariz hornitua, zoruaren zati handi bat, arotzeria eta jatorrizko altzariak gordez. Beheko solairua, lehenago ukuilu gisa erabilia, berritu gabe, garaiko tresna guztiak eta herriko barruko garbitegi pribatu bakarra gordeta. Goiko solairua eta ganbara -lehen biltegia edo ganbara- gaur egun irekia eta berritu gabea ere. Erantsitako zerbitzu-etxea du –hiru solairu eta 39 m2-ko azalera–, etxe nagusiaren aurrealdean alboko aroa eta erreka batekin muga egiten duen 1.100 m2-ko lurra. Bi eraikinek –nagusia eta zerbitzuena– ur korrontea eta elektrizitatea dute (3,45 KW-ko potentzia kontratatua etxe nagusian eta 1,2 Kw zerbitzu-etxean). Etxe nagusiak ur beroa eta lan-komun bat ditu. Ekipamenduak biltegiratzeko espazio huts handiak. Ez du aparkaleku pribaturik baina aparkatzea oso erraza da sarrerako kalea beti baitago aparkatzeko erabilgarri. Etxe nagusiak hiru sarrera ditu, horietako bi lurzoruan eta bat harrizko eskailera baten bidez. Etxe adosatuek sarbide bakarra dauka. Filmatzeko ekoizpena koordinatzeko zerbitzuak eskaintzen ditugu.
