The festival will take place from October 22nd-30th in the Moncayo cinemas in Tudela. The inauguration of the festival will be on Wednesday October 20th, with a presentation of the 7 films in competition, the tribute and the closing ceremony, as well as a screening of 3 films by local film-makers.
As in previous years, NAPAR will collaborate with FICBE, the International Socially Aware Short Film Festival and will organise a masterclass headed by Andy L. Escandon. The festival will take place from October 20th-23rd this year.

On Thursday October 14th, the Department of Culture-Institución Príncipe de Viana organised an online meeting to provide information on the upcoming financial assistance available for cinemas as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan that has set aside 204,110 Euros for Navarre.
Pamplona Youth Centre, along with the Navar-Manga Cultural Association, will present the 8th season of Japanese animation films called “Pamplona Anime 2021”. The programme includes films, series and an exhibition of the work of Yamaguchi, as well as several conferences on the world of Manga and Japan.
